Grant/scholarship based on social criteria
You can apply for a grant/scholarship awarded on the basis of social criteria. There is other assistance available: one-off financial assistance, merit assistance, specific assistance.
Please note that the application for grant/scholarship and accommodation (DSE) is the single document for applying for a grant/scholarship and accommodation.
This application must be submitted with the DSE (application for grant/scholarship and accommodation) every year, between 15 January and 31 May for the following academic year, even before you have the results of your exams, and exclusively via the digital portal: www.messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr
- grant/scholarship based on social criteria
- specific annual assistance (ASAA)
- merit-based grant/scholarship
- accommodation run by the CROUS
- The student rental payments guarantee (CLÉ)

The grant/scholarship is paid for 10 months: from September to June.
Other assistance
Additional support to that provided by the CROUS may be awarded to you: Envoléo (Region), Cities, General Councils, Regional Councils, etc.

Specific assistance
Ad-hoc specific assistance allocations (ASAP) administered by the CROUS.
The ad-hoc specific assistance is an emergency, personalised financial assistance intended for students who are temporarily experiencing financial difficulties which could jeopardise their studies.
