Who is affected?

You are an international student (outside the EEA), do not hold a French BAC and are an applicant for the 1st year of a Degree.

• If you live in France:

From 3 December 2018 download the “green” folder and the instructions. Submission of the folder to the university before 1st February 2019.

• If you live abroad:

Please note! If you reside in any of the countries below, you must simultaneously apply for your Preliminary Admission Application (DAP) and your long-stay visa for France (V.L.S. - T.S.) on the Etudes en France website, in a section dedicated to each country.

If your country is not covered by the Etudes en France procedure

• from 3 December 2018 download the “white” folder and the instructions.

The “white” file can be delivered abroad by the Cooperation and Cultural Action Service (SCAC) of the French Embassy (which in this case is responsible for printing the document from the MESRI website).

• An assessment of the level of French via the French language test (TCF - minimum score required 400 - B2) is mandatory for all international students outside the European Union and from non French-speaking countries (except those on international exchanges). This test, for which there is a charge, is organised by the CIEP
