Aim
The aim of this course is to know how to characterise experimentally different simple electro-acoustic systems.
Prerequisite
Course : Acoustics experiments upgrade, Course : Electronics upgrade, Course : Instrumentation upgrade, Course : Transducers basics (1)
Contents
Practical 1 : Electroacoustic and electromechanical analogies (1 DOF and 2 DOF)
Practical 2 : Characterization of an acoustic muffler (measurements, simulations)
Practical 3 : Characterisation of a shaker (electrical impedance measurement, vibration response)
Practical 4 : Loudspeaker with different acoustic loads (baffle, closed, vented, comparison of measured pressure response and calculated response). Measurement with Clio software.
Practical 5 : Numerical modeling of a loudspeaker system with Akabak
Practical 6 : Numerical modeling of a loudspeaker system with Matlab
